E-Centric ergonomic chair with high back and neck rest

High back chair with moulded foam backrest 20 " wide by 27" high and headrest of 11.25" wide by 6.5" high. Moulded foam seat 20" wide by 19" high (ask for special size). Height adjustment from 17.25" to 21" (other possibilities available). Many mechanisms available: DT (standard),MT (multi tilt, rocking), Synchro (seat and back synchro). Seat slider allows a depth adjustment of the seat on 2.5". 26 " diameter star base with double dual wheels nylon casters (vast choice of casters and gliders available). Memory foam and arms in option.
